Some of these are really clever ideas to help keep your business marketing from getting stale and outdated. We could see us using some of these as trends in the coming year but not all of them are completely ground-breaking.
Listen, you know your business and you know your target audience (or you should by this point). You can’t always reinvent the wheel and follow every design craze on the web. What you can do is to take a good look at your current marketing strategies and, with the use of analytics such as Google Analytics, make sound decisions on what your target audience reacts to. A great company with a great product that targets a specific pain-point of their customers will never need to follow trends to sell their products. Those products will sell themselves.
For the rest of us, in business to business and service industries modifying your marketing strategies (and social media content) will help keep your customers interested in your brand’s message and help keep you in the forefront of the customer’s mind when decision time comes to purchase or when they recommend you to a friend/colleague.
